A Message from Lee Serravillo

Executive Director, UAlbany Alumni Association

It's official: UAlbany Homecoming weekend is Oct. 18-20!
UAlbany football will host Elon in the homecoming game, Saturday, Oct. 19, and the Alumni Association will once again be offering our pregame package. We encourage you to reach out if you’d like assistance in gathering your affinity group —we’re happy to be a resource for you. Homecoming details and event registration will be available in late summer.2024 marks the 180th Anniversary of the University at Albany. We invite alumni to join us at events commemorating this milestone, including Homecoming. To learn more about UAlbany’s historic rise and bright future, visit www.albany.edu/180-anniversary.Are you a recent grad who wants to get involved? The GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) committee is ramping up efforts to connect with current students, especially seniors, before they become alumni. There are several exciting volunteer, networking and social opportunities coming up for members of the Classes of 2014-2024. Connect with us on social media and subscribe to emails so you don’t miss out!It wouldn’t be possible to carry out the amount and quality of programs we do without the assistance of alumni volunteers. I’d like to thank all who have signed up to share their career expertise as UCAN advisors, participated in the Postcard Project, planned reunions and other special events, hosted alumni gatherings in cities across the country, and more. We appreciate your efforts in unleashing greatness and enjoy working with every one of you.
See you in October (and Go Great Danes)!
